To support our team, we are currently looking for a

Project Manager for Online Communication

We are an owner-managed young agency in Frankfurt am Main and offer you the opportunity to further develop the scope for online communication and consulting together with us.

Your responsibilities

  • Project management and responsibility in the implementation of online marketing measures
  • On-time conception and planning of online presences and campaigns
  • Advice on the feasibility and suitability of measures according to objectives
  • Conducting regular project meetings and adhering to schedules
  • Preparation of cost estimates, briefings and project plans
  • Contact person for individual customers and customer projects
  • Competent interface between customers and various departments such as design, editing, programming (distribution of tasks, coordination, approvals, etc.)

Your education and experience

  • Planning talent and good organizational skills
  • Professional appearance in customer communication
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Understanding of basic processes in online agencies
  • Very good language skills: German at native speaker level (level C2) as well as English fluent to business level (level B2 – C1)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and interest in social media
  • Good general education and a high willingness to learn
  • Teamwork
  • Competent handling of common office software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • An independent way of working

Desirable, but not absolutely necessary, are also

  • In-depth knowledge in the areas of editing, programming or design
  • Experience with web CMS (esp. WordPress)
  • Knowledge of online tools for planning and management of communicative measures (e.g. Trello, Scompler, Sharepoint etc.)
  • Experience in social media management
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Basic knowledge in image processing
