Focus on member services and dialogue

Assignment:

Relaunch of the corporate website of Baugenossenschaft Dormagen eG.

Challenge/GOAL:

Conceptual focus on dialogue with the housing cooperative’s members, the expansion of tenant services, and the integration of the cooperative’s rental listings from Wohnungshelden.de.

Implementation / Outcome:

Concept and implementation of the new corporate website of Baugenossenschaft Dormagen eG with a strong focus on service. The guiding principle, with an emphasis on tenant services, is reflected in the website’s design and user navigation. Tenant services, support and rental listings take priority in the main menu. News and events, as well as current information about the neighborhood meeting place and cooperative membership, round out the website’s range of communication services. Thanks to the connection with Wohnungshelden.de, current rental listings could be integrated directly into the corporate website. This gives the cooperative’s members easy and direct access to available rental properties.
In addition to the rental listings, the member magazine “My Home. My Housing Cooperative.” has been integrated into the website. Previously published in print, the member magazine is now part of the holistic communication strategy and directs readers to the housing cooperative’s digital offerings and services.
