A new care model for patients with Parkinson’s disease developed by ParkinsonNetz RheinMain+

Assignment:

Launch of a landing page for the INSPIRE-PNRM+ Innovation Fund project by ParkinsonNetz RheinMain+, which is dedicated to providing needs-based care for patients with Parkinson’s disease.

Challenge/GOAL:

Development of a project website providing information about the Innovation Fund project, with the goal of recruiting patients with Parkinson’s disease and atypical Parkinsonian syndromes as study participants for the therapy program.

Implementation / Outcome:

Concept and development of a website serving as a central point of contact for patients with Parkinson’s disease who are interested in participating in the project aimed at improving care. In addition to providing information about the project’s structure, the website focuses on the role of Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs), who play a key part in the care of Parkinson’s patients. The APNs are introduced in a dedicated section through personal profiles and brief descriptions of their qualifications. The course of the project is presented in a way that is tailored to the specific needs of different target groups. Both patients and medical specialists, including specialist practices, are addressed through appropriate content and visuals. In addition to presenting the project partners, the “News & Events” section offers regularly updated information and announcements related to the project.
